Compensation

Base Salary

Our total compensation system is highly competitive with other Organizations and is designed to provide fair pay consistent with job performance.  We are committed to pay-for-performance and rewarding top performers.

Bonuses

In addition to base compensation we have an annual discretionary bonus program with payment based on overall Organizational performance as well as individual accomplishments.

Benefits

 

The Organizations share in the cost of group medical, dental and vision coverage for regular full time associates and dependents.  Associates are eligible immediately upon date of employement.  Contributions by employees are on a pre-tax basis.

MEDICAL/VISION

Medical insurance is provided by a Point-of-Service (POS) open access plan and offers both the covenience and option to use health care providers in and out of network.  Presicription drug program coverage is offered through this plan.  Vision coverage provided through a national vision plan.  The plan provides in net-work, out-of-network, and discounts/savings benefits.  This is available for all associates electing Medical coverage.

Dental

Dental insurance provided is a comprehensive dental plan. This plan allows you both the convenience and flexibility to choose any dentist of your choice.

LIFE, AD&D AND VOLUNTARY LIFE

Basic, Life, and AD&D insurance is provided for you. Additional Voluntary Life as well as dependent life may be purchased.

FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS

Spending accounts are offered for out-of-pocket medical, dental, vision, and child care expenses. These are on a pre-tax basis.

Retirement & Savings

401K

We offer a 401(k) retirement plan that gives you the opportunity to save for your future retirement needs. This tax-effective way allows you to contribute both pre-tax and after-tax contributions, including a pre-tax match.

PENSION

The Organizations provide a financially secure retirement plan for associates.

Disability

SHORT TERM DISABILITY

The benefit provides short-term financial protection against an associate’s loss of income due to the associate’s serious health condition injury or sickness.

LONG TERM DISABILITY

The benefit provides protection against loss of an associate’s income due to the associate’s continuous serious health condition injury or sickness.

Individual Policies

AFLAC

 

AFLAC offers supplemental insurance plans that help fill the “financial gaps” created by deductibles, co-payments, out-of-pocket expenses, loss of income, living expenses, obligations and expenses that exceed the limits in a managed-care environment. Premiums are fully paid by associates on a pre-tax basis. We offer several plans including; Hospital Protection, Personal Accident Indemnity, Personal Cancer Indemnity, Hospital Intensive Care, Sickness Indemnity and Specified Event.

LONG TERM CARE

Long-Term Care is also offered as an individual policy that provides assistance with daily living activities either at home or in a facility and rehabilitative services. Premiums are fully paid by associates on an after-tax basis.

Liftestyle Benefits

PAID TIME OFF

Eligible associates have opportunities to enjoy time away from work through the Paid Time Off (PTO) program which begins on the date of employment.

In recognizing the challenges of balancing personal and work life we offer our associates a flexible work schedule. Flexible work schedules are determined in each department, keeping in mind both shared and personal job responsibilities.

COASTAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION

Coastal Federal Credit Union is a full-service, not-for-profit financial institution that offers higher savings rates and lower loan rates than most banks. Associates may establish a savings only account or savings and checking accounts.

VPI PET INSURANCE

To protect all members of the family includes your pets! We offer pet insurance through Veterinary Pet Insurance (VPI). Policies cover medical problems and conditions related to accidents and illness. Coverage is available for dogs, cats, birds and other exotics.
