The North Carolina Rate Bureau Workers Compensation Basic Manual may be downloaded in PDF format with permission from the NCRB. The downloaded version will not have the same look and feel as the online version.

It is important to note that updates to the Manual will be made only to the NCRB's online version of the Manual; notice of such updates will be provided to member companies via circular letter. Hardcopy updates of this Manual will not be provided. It is the sole responsibility of the user of a printed or downloaded version of the Manual to ensure they are referencing the most current information.
