The three North Carolina based statutory organizations: the North Carolina Rate Bureau (NCRB), the North Carolina Reinsurance Facility (NCRF) and the North Carolina Insurance Guaranty Association (NCIGA) are committed to protecting the individual privacy of all customers interacting with our Organizations through our web site www.ncrb.org (the “Site”).
