The Organizations share in the cost of group medical, dental and vision coverage for regular full time associates and dependents. Associates are eligible immediately upon date of employment. Contributions by employees are on a pre-tax basis.

Medical/Vision

Medical insurance is provided by a Point-of-Service (POS) open access plan and offers both the convenience and option to use health care providers in and out of network. Prescription drug program coverage is offered through this plan. Vision coverage provided through a national vision plan. The plan provides in-network, out-of-network, and discounts/savings benefits. This is available for all associates electing Medical coverage.

Dental

Dental insurance provided is a comprehensive dental plan. This plan allows you both the convenience and flexibility to choose any dentist of your choice.

Life, AD&D and Voluntary Life

Basic Life and AD&D insurance is provided for you. Additional Voluntary Life as well as dependent life may be purchased.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Spending accounts are offered for out-of-pocket medical, dental, vision, and child care expenses. These are on a pre-tax basis.
